Purpose/Aim : The aim of this paper is to study the impact of satisfaction on employee performance. The paper attempts to study the attitude of employees toward their work, job security and their work life management. The paper analyses the opportunities to use skills and abilities and Commitment to a long term career in the bank.

Methodology/Approach : The employees of Axis Bank of Ajmer were taken for studying their satisfaction and its impact on their performance. A structured questionnaire was used to gather primary data from 25 employees of Axis bank Ajmer Branch. Secondary data was gathered from articles, journals and the web.

Findings/Conclusion: It was found that employees at Axis Bank Ajmer are satisfied and this has led to positive impact on the performance of its employees.
